FOR PRECISION IRRIGATION OF HANGING BASKETS, POTS & WINDOW BOXES, INSTALL DRIPPERS

These tiny units literally drip-feed individual plants and use a minimal quantity of water, yet every plant is kept perfectly nourished. Drippers are fed via a 3.6 mm i/d Microbore Feed Pipe which can be easily hidden. The Dripper Kit (shown left) contains all the equipment you need to irrigate up to 10 average size hanging baskets, large pots, tubs, window boxes etc. For 'fit and forget' irrigation use a timer - see Battery Controller. This ensures watering even when you are away on holiday.

DRIPPER KIT

This kit comprises of the following items:

1 x 15m Microbore Pipe
1 x Mains Tap Manifold
20 x Mini In-Line Drippers
10 x End-Line Drippers
10 x Valves
9 x 3-Way Tee Connectors
20 x Wall Clips
10 x Mini Pipe Holders

A common misconception with hanging baskets irrigation is that water must appear out the bottom of a basket before enough is replenished. The truth is that this water draining out the basket simply wastes water whilst washing away all the valuable nutrients from the soil. Hanging baskets benefit immeasurably from receiving regular doses of water, but do not appreciate flooding. With a timer controlled irrigation system you can accurately control the amount of water your baskets receive. Once set up it will deliver the same amount of water every time. No more over or indeed under watering.

DRIPPER SYSTEM TUBING & ACCESSORIES
	MAINS TAP MANIFOLD Unique to Spa and so easy to use! Simply push-connect 3.6mm i/d Microbore pipes to the 5 outlet ports on the manifold.	END-LINE DRIPPER Use with 3.6mm i/d Microbore pipe. Discharge at 1 atm (15psi) 2 Lit/hr (0.5gph).	VALVE Simple hand turn valve which is inserted into any 3.6mm i/d Microbore pipes to control the water flow.
	MICROBORE FEED PIPE 3.6mm i/d (6.3mm Ø) Soft PVC available in pre-cut lengths. To attach components simply snip and push fit. Accepts paint for colour matching.	MINI IN-LINE DRIPPER Use with 3.6mm i/d Microbore pipe. Discharge at 1 atm (15psi) 2 Lit/hr (0.5gph).	4-WAY MANIFOLD Enables 4 x 3.6mm i/d Microbore pipes to be connected closely together. Use provided blanks if outlet is not required.
	3-WAY TEE CONNECTOR Use to create spur from an existing 3.6mm i/d Microbore pipe.	2-WAY CONNECTOR Use to create extensions on existing 3.6mm i/d Microbore pipes.	MINI PIPE HOLDER Keeps 3.6mm i/d Microbore pipe in the desired position.
